The DeLIVER CARE Van is a Lived Experience Alliance (LEA) Community Hep C Navigation Program that navigates the most at risk and vulnerable populations to get cured of one deadliest communicable diseases. Lived Experience Alliances (LEA) are organizations that work with people who have direct experience with a particular issue to inform policy and service design, so it’s a great reason to come out and celebrate!
